Effective November 4, 2026. This page describes how CircuitVale Media handles information on circuitvalemedia.com. Use our contact form for privacy questions or a request concerning your message.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We store the submission privately in the website database so the editorial desk can review and respond to it. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive account information. The form does not sign you up for marketing.
Technical information
Our hosting and delivery services process information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and access time to deliver the site, investigate errors and limit abuse. The site uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. The contact form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier for rate limiting; it is not stored with the message.
Cookies and browser storage
WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator sign-in. Reader save controls may store article identifiers in your browser. Cloudflare may set security cookies where its protections require them. We do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts in the launch configuration. See the cookie policy.
Access and retention
Contact submissions are accessible only to authorized site administrators. They are automatically deleted after 180 days; temporary backups can retain earlier copies until replaced. We do not sell submitted contact details. Information may be processed by the hosting and security providers needed to operate the website.
Choices and requests
You may ask us to correct or delete a message by identifying the email address and approximate submission date. We may need enough information to verify the request. You can clear browser storage and control cookies through browser settings. External product websites operate under their own privacy policies.
Changes
If the site adds a newsletter, analytics or another service, this page will be updated to describe that processing before it is used.
